Class Policies
Class Policies: To ensure that you have plenty of time to create your piece(s), ALL materials must be
purchased in advance of the start of class and in-store assistance is available up until 15 minutes before
class begins. Cell phone use during class is not permitted (except for emergencies). Please consider the
other students in the class by not causing a disruption in the lesson.
* Pre-registration is requested and reservations will not be held without payment in full. Seating space is
limited and reserved for registered students only. Please do not bring children or guests to class.
Registration at class time will be permitted, providing there is room and you have all supplies needed for
the class. Classes begin promptly at their schedulted time are approximately 2 hours long, unless
otherwise noted on the schedule.
* Registration is considered a Final Sale. There are NO transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made
less that one day in advance of your class. If you are unable to attend last minute, you are welcome to
send someone in your place, providing they have the proper supplies and able to work at the level of the
class. If Legacy Beads cancels a class for any reason, and does not offer the same class in the near
future, you will receive a prompt full refund.
All Classes are $15 per person + supplies. In order to continue offering classes at reduced
rates, we'd appreciate your business when purchasing your class supplies.
To reserve your seat, payment is due at sign-up. Enrolling at the time of class will be allowed
only if there are empty seats available and you already have necessary supplies. All classes
are limited to 8 students. Beginner classes are for ages 8 + up, however, all children under the
age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult also attending the class. Most other classes are
reserved for ages 12 and up. Please see individual class info for age limitations.
