Cadette/Senior Level: $15 per girl, includes all supplies, discussion time & Badge.
(Whole badge can be earned in about 2 hours with the exception of the service project part.)
Just Jewelry
Skill Builders -
#1 Create a jewelry design on paper and make a bracelet using your design.
#3 Learn about Jewelry findings. Create earrings using earring findings & metal designs made in Technology #1.
#4 Incorporate everyday items into a piece of jewelry. (We'll add pieces to the bracelet made in Skill Builders #1.)
#7 Make a piece of jewelry, using at least 3 materials. (Necklace using hemp cord, wood beads & metal Girl Scout charm.)
Technology –
#1 Learn different techniques used in jewelry making. (Hands on lessons with various tools throughout the workshop.)
Service Project –
#3 – Help a younger troop earn their jewelry badge – All Cadettes and Seniors are welcome to assist me in leading a Daisy,
Brownie or Junior troop in earning their Jewelry Badge.
Career Exploration –
#1 Identify 10 or more careers in the jewelry industry - we'll do this as a group.
#4 Interview me, as a professional store owner – learn about education, skills, rewards and negatives of the job.

Cadette & Senior troops, upon completion of
the initial workshop, will receive a jewelry fun
patch for the back of their sash or vest.
In order for the girls to complete the final
requirement, they will either need to assist me
with a younger troop at another time or
choose a different requirement from the
"Service Project" section of the Just Jewelry
badge, with the permission of the Troop
leader.
